Games Night — Playhard Host Guide

🔒 CONFIDENTIAL — DO NOT SHARE EXTERNALLY

Games Night is light and social. The hosting is more facilitative than structured — your job is to set up the games before and keep the energy moving throughout the evening.

BEFORE YOU GO

Games are stored with staff at Auer (unless different venue — confirm ahead) Arrive 15–20 min early to ask staff to bring out the games Spread games across different tables — don’t pile them in one spot
