🔒 CONFIDENTIAL — DO NOT SHARE EXTERNALLY
As a Playhard host, you are not just organizing a table. You are shaping how people feel.
Most social experiences are left to luck: who you sit next to, who speaks first, whether you feel included. At Playhard, we help facilitate connection between people.
CORE VALUES
warmth & welcome
We are a friendship community, not a networking event. People should feel seen, relaxed, and included from the moment they arrive.
clarity creates psychological safety
When people know what’s happening and what to do next, they relax. Your job is to remove uncertainty.

NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Never yell at anyone. Ever.
- Never shame or call someone out publicly. Corrections happen privately, calmly, respectfully.
- Assume good intentions. Always. Confusion usually means instructions weren’t clear enough.
- Content creators are participants first. Never exclude someone based on that assumption.
- Kindness is always the baseline.
REPRESENTING PLAYHARD
keep hosting about Playhard
As a host you’re representing Playhard to our members, and they’re part of the community you’re helping build. So we ask that you keep your hosting focused on the Playhard experience, and not use it to promote or recruit members for other things, like a personal business, an outside event or community, or a product or service. If there’s ever something you’d love to share beyond your format, just check with us first and we’ll figure it out together.
